With an extensive and impressive 30 years of experience in HR and people management (yes, you read that right!), I am fuelled by the opportunity to support businesses in getting the absolute best out of their people. This very drive led me to establish Lodge Court in 2015, and since then, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with start-ups, multinational corporations, and everything in between, spanning a multitude of sectors.
Throughout my career, I’ve made it a personal commitment to stay at the forefront of employment legislation, championing good HR practices, impeccable business governance, and effective people management. My unwavering dedication to remaining up-to-date ensures that our clients receive the most current and reliable guidance when it comes to managing their human resources effectively and nurturing their valuable talent.
When I’m not immersed in the world of HR, you’ll most likely find me enjoying precious moments with my family, including our beloved canine companion. We have an adventurous spirit, whether it’s diving into the invigorating waters of cold water swimming or immersing ourselves in the captivating realm of the theatre. Life is all about embracing the thrill of both professional and personal pursuits, and I am wholeheartedly dedicated to making every moment count.

As Client Relationship Manager at Lodge Court, I bring over 16 years of invaluable experience in client relations and project management across diverse sectors. It’s an exhilarating chapter in my career, allowing me to leverage my expertise and passion for nurturing strong client connections.
In this role, I’m committed to providing unwavering support to our valued clients while forging new partnerships with those seeking outsourced HR services. My goal is to foster the growth and development of their organisations and employees.
Beyond my professional life, I have a deep love for adventure, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and capturing moments through photography. Living near the beach is a blessing as it allows me to enjoy walks with my crazy Labradoodle along the shoreline and indulge in various water sports – embracing the beauty of nature!
